Rice spaghetti
is different from wheat spaghetti or general wheat noodles in the way that it uses
white rice as a main material and mixes with rice
flour and food powder together. Therefore it has a high potential in its ingredient
which contains high carbohydrate, protein, vitamins and great fiber with no cholesterol,
fat, oil and other mixed substances. As it is made of rice only, the taste is very
delicious and much different from wheat spaghetti.
Rice spaghetti
is available in a round shape, which is formed into 2 mm. diameter pasta. Under process
of producing, it has to be steamed with high pressure steam over 110oc after mixing
for well cooked instead of oil frying or high temperature drying only likes wheat
noodle or wheat spaghetti and keep drying afterward by fully automatic control (humidity
and temperature) dryer machine.
